On November 15, 2025, filled with enthusiasm for medical exchange and longing for the ancient civilization, our group arrived in Cairo, Egypt, and the long-awaited Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) Annual Conference kicked off as scheduled. This industry grand gathering bringing together FSN practitioners worldwide was not only full of in-depth academic exchanges but also brimming with family-like warmth and friendship

At Cairo International Airport, we successfully met with over 100 doctors from China, and four buses loaded with laughter and joy headed to the venue. This year’s conference can be called a "grand reunion" of the FSN community, with more than 170 colleagues in attendance: it included frontline doctors from 34 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions in China, as well as representatives from countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany, Singapore, and regions including Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao of China. Medical practitioners of different skin colors and accents bonded over Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN), making this overseas event even more international.

Dr. Zhonghua Fu, the inventor of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN), is like a warm patriarch. With his humorous and cheerful personality as well as wise insights, he closely united and attracted all FSN practitioners around him. Inside and outside the venue, everyone laughed and talked freely, with topics always revolving around clinical experiences and development prospects of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN). As everyone sighed, FSN has fascinated countless doctors at home and abroad with its unique advantages of high efficiency, repeatability, and no toxic side effects—it is not like a simple diagnosis and treatment operation, but more like a mathematical problem that needs to be solved with care. Every precise diagnosis and treatment can bring unexpectedly good curative effects.
As a doctor approaching retirement but still insisting on learning, I deeply feel this. This year, through the FSN Dan Rank Examination and five sessions of apprentice learning, I have achieved a qualitative leap in theoretical cognition and clinical skills. Eight years ago, when I first learned Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN), Dr. Zhonghua Fu’s teaching "It’s easy to get started with FSN, but difficult to master it precisely" still echoes in my ears. Now, with the accumulation of practice, I truly understand its profound meaning.
This conference was not only a serious academic exchange platform but also a warm family gathering. I finally met many teachers whom I had only known through online courses. The sharing by teachers such as Liu Yuzhong, Yu Bo, Yin Changbo, Yang Shuhua, Jiao Chunjie, and Wang Jinpeng was wonderful and profound, benefiting me greatly. The bits and pieces during the study tour were even more unforgettable: beside the Pyramids, everyone danced the creative "FSN Pyramid Dance"; by the Mediterranean Sea, we collectively did qi and blood exercises. Along the way, songs kept echoing, and everyone helped each other—this cross-border friendship is the warmth I haven’t felt for many years overseas.
The academic exchange session was full of climaxes and deeply touching. Many clinical cases and growth stories shared by medical practitioners brought tears to the eyes of many present; Dr. Zhonghua Fu’s vision for the future development of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) was sonorous and inspiring, making every participant passionate and full of confidence in this medical career.
The complete success of the conference is inseparable from the silent efforts of all FSN practitioners in the organizing committee. Here, I sincerely thank Dr. Zhonghua Fu for his leadership and perseverance, Dr. Wu Jidong, President of the UK FSN Society, for his strong support, and all colleagues who worked hard for the conference. Fu's Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) has allowed us to cross mountains and seas, get to know each other, and become like-minded confidants. Looking forward to meeting again next year and embarking on another feast intertwined with medicine and warmth!
